Handing in Waivers -Quarantine and timelines - Post here

J Rogersposted 2 years ago

Post real application stories here. Not "A guy told me" or "a few of my clients" but specific client experiences so others can see accurately what is happening.

There are rare exceptions, but whether you file a waiver, or a waiver AND an I-212 you simply get a waiver in return. That's why I tell clients to wait. Its an extra $930USD for the exact same waiver.

Sorry, that was meant for the response below

Client #2 entered the United States illegally in 2010.

Sorry June 14th, not 16th.

Replies (recent first):

@christinadwillow I am waiting on the same thing but I submitted on January 26 2023, so I would wait the 4 months before enquiring about updates.

Does anyone know if they approved any waiver apps since January 2023?

[ christinadwillow appended this reply on May 9, 2023 @ 9:17 am ]

I mean apps submitted to e-safe in January 2023.

christinadwillow replied 11 months ago   #994

@Skuiggles I so agree with you!!! I get it and hope that you are next. And that then, as I am a January baby, assuming not that many c
ases were filed between Christmas and New Year's..I may be next. Let's hope deeply and seriously!

christinadwillow replied 11 months ago   #993

Guys mind if we can just stay on task and keep this to those waiting please.

Skuiggles replied 11 months ago   #992

Are you K Scott bodyguard or something. You’re the nut the job.

I can say whatever the hell I want to say here . Who spends all day posting here for no reason .

You sure are going a mile way to defend K Scott.

Just shut the fuck up

Patientlywaiting416 replied 11 months ago   #989

@Patientlywaiting416 you’re such a coward. You posted two responses, deleted them and then wrote this to look like you’re a saint. I knew you were laughable. This is more reason for me to not respond to you any longer.

SarahB replied 11 months ago   #988

@SarahB

Hey Sarah I see you are active on here . Are you providing a service ? What is your purpose here .

Marshal G replied 11 months ago   #987

@Patientlywaiting416 because no one cares. Stop obsessing with this old topic. Many people on here have inquired and mentioned they use LAWYERS IN THE US so does it matter where he is or claims to be at the end of the day. Stop obsessing with this irrelevant topic now.

And of course I post often and I pay attention too! Know that they can pull you into secondary at anytime. For example, if you’re traveling with others and they get pulled into secondary, you are not exempted because you have a stamp. The entire group goes. If you paid attention to post on here instead of posting irrelevant, you’d read that people have posted they have never gone into secondary with their waiver while others have posted they’ve gone in even though they’re within the six months window.
You don’t have a reason to go to “America” now that’s even more laughable. You waited almost a year to get a year waiver. During the process, every few days you were crying about thinking it’s going to be a denial. Now you got it, you drove to a border almost 6 months before your planned visit to verify if it’s valid. If laughable was a person, that would be you.. You better thank Rogers for real because if you had prepared that application yourself, you’d definitely not be going to “America”. Lollll. Total nut job. Spent probably the entire night trying to find dirt on another nut job.

Anyways, I’m not about yo debate with you and your foolishness today. I’m going to “America” and I’m waiting to see who will get their waiver next week. I love to see people celebrating the return to “America” because it’s a privilege for us to go there and believe it or not, everyone who applies for a waiver has a reason, Mr. I went to the border five month before to verify if my waiver is valid. I hope you don’t tell CBP you don’t have a reason or you may never see “America”. 😭😭😭🤣😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤦‍♀️🙄🙄🙄

Now goodbye and good riddance.

SarahB replied 11 months ago   #986

@SarahB

I got family in Niagara Falls , so I was already there .

Every 6 months when you visit America with a waiver , they do a secondary check to see if the waiver still stands .

I thought this was common knowledge here , I guess not .

Patientlywaiting416 replied 11 months ago   #985

@Patientlywaiting416 Ken don’t charge $1500-$2000 to do a waiver so not sure who told you that. Ken charges over $3000 minimum to do a waiver. You resurrected all these old post to tell us something we already know and don’t care about. Have you seen anyone on here said that they have used Ken services? I haven’t in the last year so I don’t think anyone cares really. Honestly, everyone on here figured out Ken only wants to work with desperate clients which drug offenses and convictions because he’d make money off of them.

And he does have a Facebook page including a group on waivers not that I give a shit but you’re wrong on that. He actually has quite a few people from here soliciting free information too. They’re just hiding like they do on here. Always looking for something for free. He has his people so leave the man alone now. When Rogers stopped knocking Ken, this should have told you that Ken had become irrelevant.

Then you drove to the border months before to confirm a waiver you clearly got done by Rogers who of course has done so much waivers that I won’t think for a second a waiver he got for you is invalid. You may still end up in secondary, I’ll wait for you to post it after visiting the border a whole five months before your trip. You’d need to apply for another waiver then too since you’d be almost 6 months into your waiver and who knows what the timeline would be then.

And no vaccine after May 11th is official but Canadians haven’t necessarily had to show proof of vaccine since late last year to enter the US. I have been entering the U.S. since early February with my waiver and has never been asked about vaccine..
I didn’t even think that still existed between Canada and the US but thanks I guess.

Anyways, you sound excited like all of us who have our waiver in hand but to drive to the border and not enter the US is a bit laughable. You must live close with the price of gas these days and perhaps you could see the Statue of Liberty from the one you visited. Loll.

But seriously, you just posted the same thing under two old posts that pushed this very important topic further down so I want to bring it back to the top.

SarahB replied 1 year ago   #984

Hey guys just updating y’all

I visited the border march 2023 to avoid doing secondary on my planned visit to America in August 2023 .

Everything went smooth , they checked my waiver and agreed it was valid and told me if I wanted to enter I could . I declined and said I was confirming my waiver for my trip in the coming months .

They also told me something about people not needing the vaccine after May 15th , not sure if it’s true but that’s what the cbp border cop said . Regardless I’m fully vaccinated .

My waiver was only for 1 year , I hope I get a 5 year waiver on my renewal.

Once again want to thank John Rogers for his work . I waited almost a year for my waiver . Can’t blame them I had a violent conviction from 2012.

Excited to enjoy my trip this summer !

Patientlywaiting416 replied 1 year ago   #983

@Tiffany on stroke 😭😭 @Kev I’m glad you got your waiver before the week ended.. Lol. I’m on here every day even though I already have my waiver. I look forward to reading more good news before the end of day for @skuiggles and whoever else are waiting.
