There are rare exceptions, but whether you file a waiver, or a waiver AND an I-212 you simply get a waiver in return. That's why I tell clients to wait. Its an extra $930USD for the exact same waiver.

I sent My application in February 4th. I got my approval this morning after 10 months. It was renewal. Good luck everyone. Stay still.

I've only ever waited 60-90 days tops on the previous 4...so this was Insane to me. 45 weeks was a lot, over 300 days. I think the worst part is the lack of communication, you just have to wait.
My charge was fraud over $5k back 22 years ago, and nothing since then. I wish the renewal system was different than it is.
first time waiver application charges from 1996-2004
including theft, failure to comply, trafficking small amount of cocaine, flight from officer. pardoned already. what are my chances of a five year waiver ??
