There are rare exceptions, but whether you file a waiver, or a waiver AND an I-212 you simply get a waiver in return. That's why I tell clients to wait. Its an extra $930USD for the exact same waiver.

Hi - I have a 1 year waiver. I’m wondering how soon can I submit the renewal application? Can I submit it 5 months after receiving the initial approval or is that too soon? Is there a history of entries/exits I need to show on my record before submitting tye next app? Thanks!

@J Rogers can I just travel to the USA even though my waiver is still being processed ? I don't think I'll receive a no because they made me see a doctor why would they make me do all that just to get a no ? But idk how they operate so
@J Rogers I have all the paperwork that I submitted I kept it with me, would u like for me to come and review what has already been submitted till the reply comes back so we have a calculated plan of action?
I would want to see the letter. We want to make sure we can overcome whatever reason they denied it.
