@Calyssa hmm on esafe website it says up to 12 month wait. I’d maybe hold on tight. Even the agency i used said aro is taken up to 8 months to process application

@J Rogers why do you think they just skipped over the November and Decembers ? Like why are so many missing from these dates and none approved as of late from those months ?
I’m losing hope fast :( I’ve actually considered restarting my application over and paying again because I feel like my November 10th application is somehow lost and I’m so desperate lol

@J Rogers is it safe to say that first time waivers take longer to hear back ? I see folks worried and in disbelief that re-applications are getting through quicker

The denied waiver is a first time waiver, but he didn't respond to Homeland Security when they asked him for additional information. The second client is a re-application.

@J Rogers I find it very hard to believe this truly is just queue or wait list when some people get this done in 3-4 months and many others are waiting 9-10+ months.

When I try to email, I get the generic response that everyone gets 'we have received your application and it is under review' bla bla bla

@YoungAndDumb @MarkD I am a renewal so if that's the case I should hear back any day. I'll keep you posted!

How would they know the difference between renewals and first time applicants before opening the file though? As far as I remember the only difference was 1 question on the application that I could say yes I have had a previous waiver and here is my Alien number. Hope I didn't miss something!
