There are rare exceptions, but whether you file a waiver, or a waiver AND an I-212 you simply get a waiver in return. That's why I tell clients to wait. Its an extra $930USD for the exact same waiver.

They asked for medical assessment for dui and I have a marijuana tradfick conviction that is 6 years old ... I'm waiting 10 months but I'm seeing denials from clients that applied in May dont know whats going on with my application I'm starting to think this is a scam aka national security aka cover up !!

Getting nervous because I have a trip at the end of February booked and my daughter’s graduation in Michigan in April.
My previous waiver expired as it had a 10 year condition on it but the 2nd portion of the waiver talked about it being a life long issue. So it’s been unclear if I actually needed to continue doing waivers.
Waiver Denied.
7 convictions from 2004 to 2015. Trafficking in 3 of them. Crack and oxy.
I think this is they type of application if I filed it 5 times, 3 times it would be granted, and 2 times it would be denied. Even the excuses were flimsy, and I am sure if he re-applies in 2025 he will get it. His last sentence was only 52 days.
