Handing in Waivers -Quarantine and timelines - Post here

Post real application stories here. Not "A guy told me" or "a few of my clients" but specific client experiences so others can see accurately what is happening.

There are rare exceptions, but whether you file a waiver, or a waiver AND an I-212 you simply get a waiver in return. That's why I tell clients to wait. Its an extra $930USD for the exact same waiver.

Sorry, that was meant for the response below

Just me replied 2 months ago   #1484

@J Rogers do u have clients still waiting from March April or may and if so can u possibly post timelines if thats ok ?

Samson36478589888 replied 2 months ago   #1483

@J Rogers Yeah they are the only ones with access to the e-safe login, but i do get emails i got emails all the way up to that it was submitted to ARO. I just asked for a screen shot of the time line from inside esafe. the last time i a screen shot a few months ago the last line was Status changed to Submitted to ARO

@Don123131313

If it is a law firm, then they probably are the only ones with access. I don't do it that way because I want the client to see any notifications.

If they are "representing you" and you think your waiver is not a difficult one, CALL THEM, insist they log in and check it and ask them to send you a screen shot of the progress. The last line should be something like

3/29/2023, 06:31 PM EDT : Status changed to Submitted to ARO

I get so many clients who used lawyers and its not only expensive, they are not ORGANIZED to sit and watch for emails.
Your waiver is LATE. Only 2 reasons.

1. Its done and sitting there (or something is)
2. Its been sent to a supervisor

We are up to June 29th now. June 16th is already done unless what I have described.

Don12313131 replied 2 months ago   #1478

Beex replied 2 months ago   #1470

we need more people to post their timeline please...

Just me replied 2 months ago   #1469

Is there anyone on here who submitted in person and not through e safe?

Danielle Oliver replied 2 months ago   #1468

@Samson36478589888 Its not actually common for them to answer anything but simple generic responses, although as you have seen they CAN happen.

J Rogers replied 2 months ago   #1467

@J Rogers yea true
I have recently sent another email 3 weeks ago inquiring if they need any other documents and I haven't gotten a response so I geuss that means they don't need any other documents thus far
