As for the timeline......when the fees went up the backlog slowed these applications down. That backlog is GONE. They could get every application they have done by Thanksgiving if they want. They do NOT want then done quickly. If this seems like "why would they do that?" then you aren't paying attention. Notice Canada has tariffs for made up reasons, and we have been threatened by Annexation. Notice Russia has not a SINGLE TARIFF. Notice Trump met with Putin in Alaska and got embarrassed. And STILL his "friends" have tariffs and the Russians.....nothing.

As long as you are credible. But we both know you are not. If clients have an issue with me, I would say my "letter writing" is NOT the problem.
But this is I guess my karma, for giving free information here, people can say ANYTHING with no credibility or accountability. And people like you, (we know your some guy who is bitter about something) get free reign.

@J Rogers I actually had someone told me you made so much mistakes in their waiver application and your writing is actually shitty. The personal letter was garbage compared to what they wrote. You only on here looking to get money from desperate people looking to get a waiver and they don’t think they can do it on their own.
I had a client with 2019 Aggravated assault get a September Letter. Does that mean I can get a "simple assault" from 2019 or a shoplifting from 2019 a September Letter too? No. The CIRCUMSTANCES make a big difference.
My client owed hundreds of thousands of dollars in restitution. He did not think he would get a waiver at all. Every case is different, 2010 Fraud over can be changing a lottery ticket, bouncing a cheque, or stealing 1 million dollars from a pension fund.
You will note that I don't bill myself as a miracle worker, and I try to be transparent about the waivers granted. I also do not insist you cannot get a waiver "unless you use my services" and I try to give as much free information to people doing themselves as possible.
Most people on here understand this, and are grateful for the free information, its weird to see someone try and "flex" over this.
@J Rogers a two one year waivers for fraud in 2010? I got a 5 year waiver for that.

two one year waivers for fraud in 2010? I got a 5 year waiver for that and the k seeing an increase in John’s 1 year waiver. Why pay so much money to a professional and they can’t even get you a 5 year waiver so conviction stretching 15-20 years.
