Because MANY people log on here to see timelines, not discussions, lets keep THIS thread ONLY for timelines. Then people don;t have to sift through to find out how long they are taking. I was trying to amend the old one but it got deleted, so I saved the last page, and added a bit to it. My apologies if you were looking for old info. The page was getting spammed all the time and had a lot of comments on it.

As for the timeline......when the fees went up the backlog slowed these applications down. That backlog is GONE. They could get every application they have done by Thanksgiving if they want. They do NOT want then done quickly. If this seems like "why would they do that?" then you aren't paying attention. Notice Canada has tariffs for made up reasons, and we have been threatened by Annexation. Notice Russia has not a SINGLE TARIFF. Notice Trump met with Putin in Alaska and got embarrassed. And STILL his "friends" have tariffs and the Russians.....nothing.

This is for everyone.
Regular prints" only show CONVICTIONS, not charges and if you have a pardon it shows nothing."Privacy Act" prints show the entire record including charges (even withdrawn/stayed/dismissed) and if you have a pardon/record suspension/sequestration or discharges, they will ALL show, but the page will also say "record suspended/archived/or even "no record
The US also uses Privacy Act when you apply for a green card, because they want to be SURE you did not hide a record.

Oh, I did not tell you to shut up! lolol It seems like there’s a troll who could really use a bit of support/attention. Anyway, Thanks for the info; you’ve been another great contributor. I can also share my case if needed. I was just curious if anyone else applied for the privacy act and if the charges are categorized differently based on the year, even though they’re all happening at the same time. Is it because it went through the courts system? Thanks
@RAT oh ya I’m a robot bro get a frekn life, why don’t you prove otherwise if these timelines are fake.
Also u tell how u want me to prove it u want me to post a picture of the waiver or do u want me to post the cbp email.
And why would i need to lie not like, j rogers did my waiver.
I straight up used this to not lose my shit over how long it will take this forum not j rogers helped me.
Again if you need me to send u a copy directly or another way I can let me know.

And don’t need to tell me to shut @jacob says a lot about people like you trolling
Hello guys, I got a decision today submitted march 5 2025, I’m so anxious waiting for my lawyer to login and check for me. I will update shortly what the outcome is hope it’s an approval.
Also I appreciate this forum and I hope all the fighting for the last couple weeks is resolved because people like me are just visiting this site for timelines not personal drama.
Thanks @j rogers
Thank you for the prompt and reliable reply, as always. Yes, you’re right, they asked for the Privacy Act. To clarify, I only had one other charge in 2009 (theft under $500), which was withdrawn. Of the three charges included in my pardon application, two were withdrawn or stayed, and only one resulted in a conviction. The only point that confused me was that each charge was labeled under a different year, even though they were all part of the same case. That said, the court documents they already have clearly outline everything. I’m assuming this request is simply to confirm there were no other matters outside of what’s already on file, which I understand is standard protocol. Again, thank you for what you do, many people, myself included, don’t have outside resources to navigate timelines like this, and your help truly matters.
The way it worked was that you mentioned on your waiver that you may also want to apply for a "TN visa in the future". Then the waiver says B1. B2 and possibly for TN Visa". But I am not sure if that is still the rule or its something else now. Ask one of the people at the border for clarification.
Hello @J Rogers, please is it possible to get TN visa under a first 1 year waiver? have you seen anyone with this same situation?
@J Rogers I’m glad this dummy stopped talking HE RESPONDS to himself most these names are just him responding to himself to make it look like something guys a moron lol
