TIMELINES FOR WAIVERS ONLY.

J Rogersposted 1 year ago

Because MANY people log on here to see timelines, not discussions, lets keep THIS thread ONLY for timelines. Then people don;t have to sift through to find out how long they are taking. I was trying to amend the old one but it got deleted, so I saved the last page, and added a bit to it. My apologies if you were looking for old info. The page was getting spammed all the time and had a lot of comments on it.

As for the timeline......when the fees went up the backlog slowed these applications down. That backlog is GONE. They could get every application they have done by Thanksgiving if they want. They do NOT want then done quickly. If this seems like "why would they do that?" then you aren't paying attention. Notice Canada has tariffs for made up reasons, and we have been threatened by Annexation. Notice Russia has not a SINGLE TARIFF. Notice Trump met with Putin in Alaska and got embarrassed. And STILL his "friends" have tariffs and the Russians.....nothing.

sorry everyone, my mistake, this is his FIRST waiver. Not a re-application.

Replies (recent first):

5 year waiver
-Reapplication
-The client might pursue an E2 (investment visa) in the future so of course we explained that on the application. So the "request for more information" was
basically a "do you want the waiver or not? Because you have to do the E2 Visa through the consulate". We had not TRIED to apply for the E2 but in following with lessons from the past, (TN, O, H1 visas) we had simply asked that it be mentioned on the waiver so if the client applied, they would not make them do a NEW waiver.

Anyways, this is the second time, so we will not be asking for that with E2 visa in the future. We simply responded that "yes we want the waiver" and the next day, waiver granted.

91 days - reapplication consistent with other waivers.

Happy to share that My 2nd waiver has been approved for 5 years. I submitted to rainbow bridge in Nov 2025. I was approved Feb 11 2026 ☺️

@Jason Stephan

The people who should NOT be affected are the "border guards". The staff in Virginia that adjudicates COULD be affected yes.

First time applicants, remember, it is not VOLUME holding up the applications, its the way they are slowly adjudicating, with the reason being "enhanced vetting".

So, if there is a shut down, hopefully they will "catch up easily" since as the application numbers indicate, they do not have a ton of waivers waiting to be processed. For example, re-applications are done in a third of the time.

This troll is simply trying to do Ken Scott a favor. But of course, it just gets blamed on Ken Scott.

https://www.reddit.com/r/uscanadaborder/comments/1pias8b/us_entry_waiver_services_ltd/

https://ca.linkedin.com/in/usentrywaiverservices

These are pages that Ken Scott tries to use to make money. Punish him by letting everyone know what him and his friend are doing. He pretends to be a "former Intelligence analyst" but he is really a grifter. The sad part is Ken isn't stupid, and he does know about waivers, but he cannot help but lie about his past, he charges people different fees depending on how much $$ he thinks he can get out of them, and a lot of his waiver applications are full of nonsense.

I have some of his past waiver "letters" and he quotes "Occams Razor" in every one. Its not TERRIBLE, its just unprofessional and unnecessary.

Also, the reason why he is trying to emphasize "John is not a lawyer" is because he feels like his fake credentials are only "bettered" if I was a lawyer. Just being honest makes ANYONE better than Ken Scott.

My final point is this mentally ill guy keeps pretending to "show I am wrong" by attacking my timelines. Like Trump keeps screaming "fake news" until you finally think "maybe he has a point".

In this case, Ken Scott does not know how to use ESAFE so he pretends that "its better to do it manually". The result? Slower waivers, no timeline to publish or follow, and he has no pressure to switch because he is not getting any business. You can tell by this troll. If Ken had actual BUSINESS, he would not want this guy turning off all the potential future clients. But his reputation is already terrible, so the troll is hoping you all stop coming to the forum as some kind of twisted "revenge".

Sorry Ken Scott. We continue to expose you.

@The CHI

Yes, Re-applications are shorter. 92-96 (typically) But for people who have a "gap" in between waivers, they ALSO are put in the longer lineup as well. A big gap, not a small one.

J Rogers replied 5 months ago   #504

@The CHI he’s lying lol all lying timelines he’s not a lawyer talks to himself lol

J rogers a jackass replied 5 months ago   #503

Just to re-establish the timelines for people looking for that. Here is a recent post.

We have a "troll" who is having a mental health issue, so please ignore him if you are looking for information. This is current timeline information which is still recent, less than 2 weeks old.

Hey Joel. These are EXACT timelines of waivers that are completed. I "cut and paste" the actual timeline.

The website hasn't been changed in over a year.

This one is from yesterday. He went to the border "10/27/2025, 02:02 PM : Status changed to Submitted to ARO"

and his Waiver was granted "01/26/2026, 12:03 PM : Status changed to Completed"

This is EXACTLY 91 days. This is a REAL person. I do waivers for a living. That's where I get the data, I have been recording data for years.

Status History (5)
01/26/2026, 12:03 PM : Status changed to Completed
10/27/2025, 02:02 PM : Status changed to Submitted to ARO
10/08/2025, 03:31 PM : Status changed to Paid
10/08/2025, 03:30 PM : Status changed to Signed
10/03/2025, 10:07 AM : Application Created

Here is some OLD data. Top one took 99 days. Middle same. Bottom, 100 days. So even in 2022 Waivers took more than the "usual 90" days.
