If your filing an e-safe application, there are problems with the site.

Yesterday the 16th, i was able to download a clients waiver before lunch, no issues.

Afterwards in the afternoon, it was taking you to a weird screen. So we gave up after trying 23 different files. A client also called and said they were not answering the phone for appointments.

Today, site works ok for setting up files, and also finishing them...except for payments. I finished a file and then the payment screen didn't look right. Then no confirmation of payment and it takes you to the main screen in an endless loop.

So, I will try again and update AFTER lunch. I would avoid the site for now.

Problem seems solved. The site still seems to have an issue but it IS taking payments and even indicates that the problems have been dealt with. I put a file through and it works.

still a problem as of 930am Brampton time.

Ill update everyone when it works again. You can set up profiles and fill out forms, and check on status's but you cannot make payments.

Site problems right now. I just tried and it will not take payments. Hasn't been working since 330. I am sure it will be corrected by tomorrow.

Help! The reset password link is a never ending loop that doesn’t work. I get the link to reset in my email but it just takes me back to a login screen, not to provide a new password! What do I do!

I downloaded 3 waivers today, no problems, then around 1pm, problems. Try again tomorrow to be on the safe side.

I recently tried to file a completed form I-192 and everything looked ok but it wouldn't go to the payment link. Has anyone overcome this problem?

I’m about to cry, we have tried to submit and pay about a million times with no luck. Anyone getting any help from the email? No one responds for days. Ughhn

Monday 413 pm and I am able to download waivers that are granted, set up waivers but not PAY for waivers. So the site seems fine for everything BUT payment.

Anyone else having issues?

As of 1:35 I was able to download a waiver that was GRANTED for 5 years. I am going to now try and pay for that earlier client. I will let you know if it worked.

There is no need to “register”, just enter the same name + password of your choice every time.

Pro tip: Use to add links, quotes and more.
