Anyone know how long processing times for I-192 using the E-Safe process?
Hi Everyone. Does anyone know of any update as regards Early May submission? Is there any approvals? Is there anyone who submitted in May and has an update?@candra1 @JRodgers. I’m on my 83rd day and I’m still waiting. I submitted on May 3rd and did biometrics on May 5. Any updates please?
ARO has 27 positions open for Adjudicators for July.
I'd sure love to see every one of them filled so processing times would come down.
@J Rogers all I can say is thank you so much. No one knows for sure but your speculation are pretty accurate with the chances of exceptions. Thanks you so much. You have so much experience and we really appreciate your good work. You are helping a lot of people with the information and timelines and processes.

Hi what email did you use? This one iroinquirywaiver@cbp.dhs.gov
Perhaps if my brother were commenting on this forum he would. He is not. Fortunately I'm not about to run to him for this proof you seek to validate yourself. His travel waiver was approved within 30 business days of submission to ARO. I don't feel the need to bother him to validate my comments. The timelines of 80 plus days for approval are not fact, his approval represents that. Some will wait longer, some will not. None of us work with ARO and are able to comment intelligently on the work they do, how they do it and how long it takes to be completed. Anything other than direct knowledge from a representative of ARO is pure speculation.
I emailed them to see whats going on and they replied withing 10 minutes.
This is their reply
Your application is on file with the Admissibility Review Office. It is currently pending further review. Due to the individual circumstances of each waiver application, there is not a set timeframe to give as to when an application decision will be completed.
Actually,. its easy. Post this from his profile. These give EXACT timelines. He can cut and paste. The problem is your giving anecdotal evidence and your using it as "proof" when if you post the actual timeline I guarantee you he got his waiver at least a month ago, or he isn't remembering the exact timeline. If you give me the EXACT date his waiver was granted (top corner) I can actually show you an example of a client with the exact same date and I bet the timeline is the same. As I said before, the files can take 5 minutes or 5 hours but they don't work on the files depending on what the contents are. They work on "the next file in the line-up".

It is difficult to be more factual. A fact is a fact no more or no less. Fact, his was recently approved within 30 business days of submission to ARO.
If you look at the forum and past posts, you will see that the timeline has changed dramatically in the past few weeks.
July 1st 2021 - 5 days for a waiver
July 1 2022 - 74 days for a waiver.
July 17 2022 - 82 days for a waiver
I usually get a waiver a day on average granted, sometimes 2, and in the past 2 weeks I have seen 1 waiver granted. 82 days.
I am basing my information on tracking approx 500 waivers since May 2021, so it might be more factual than your brothers singular experience.
@Shawn kelly Thanks so much for letting us know of this.
It fills me lot of hope that I can get it in a reasonable amount of time.
Would you mind telling me if your brother was looking to enter US as a visitor or on a TN status?
E Safe. Biometrics at Coutts. People are wrong to assume this is a simple case of waiting your turn. Some take more time for background checks than others.
@Shawn Kelly really where did he applied it at? And what months did he applied?? Mine has been 74 days and nothing yet 😪 I did mine may 8 and nothing yet
This is a very small sample group to accurately project timelines. My brother had his come inside of 30 business days just a few weeks ago.
