So 4 waivers, and the people all got them in October. One went in November, one in December one in June and one in July. And at the bottom I will post an April as well.

So trying to pin down that they are "taking 8-10 months" is completely incorrect as well. July 8th is less than 4 months. Then we have people taking 5 months, 6 months, and all the way up to a year. Unfortunately for now, we have to accept that there really is no average time. If after the election, it suddenly becomes more consistent, I will have to apologize to Ana, but of course I will be happy to do so because I like consistency to better advise my clients. Now I might as well be using Tarot cards.

@DavidToronto yeah it seems to be 10 - 11 months average unfortunately. It's been a massive slowdown the last two months. What some are blaming it on "cold and flu season"

Hello, can anybody help? I have changed my telephone number and forgot that my e-safe account multi-factor authentication was linked to the old telephone number. Now when I try to log in, they send the code on my old phone number that I don't have anymore. How can I recover my account without deleting it? Can someon help?

@Appliedjuly22 I think it's sense of humor lol. But yeah it is hard to tell what is going on with these timelines but it does not look like they are going in the order they are received. I am just trying to continue to be hopeful.

@J Rogers I don’t understand what Trump has to do with this? A lot of people on here and your clients are getting Re-applications, meaning they got precious waivers during the trump administration. In fact I got my last waiver, a first time application for 5 years in 2019 - in just 7 weeks. It seems now people are waiting 10-13 months to get either denials or 1-year waivers. Seems much tougher to get a waiver under the Biden / Harris admin.

If you are adding that you might want TN visa or another visa in the future you must put it on the application and in the personal letter. Otherwise the Waiver may not say it.

When is hard to say. Truthfully, you can see by the results on the board in some cases it was getting faster, and now it seems to have stagnated a bit. I do think it will speed up again but I am speculating.

Of course its all irrelevant because once Trump loses big, he will say the election is "stolen". We know this because the Republicans have literally been doing tons of fake polling showing Trump is in the lead, to dilute the polls showing Harris is ahead. So if you looked at ALL the polls, it looks like a toss up. If you look at more established polls, they all show Harris ahead.

Why do this? The perception is "this is close". If Harris wins and its NOT that close, then Trump can say to his supporters "but how could the polls show it was close, and now suddenly it isn't? Something fishy!"

Don't forget Trump is going to jail if he loses, and worse, the evidence about January 6th will be much worse than the 34 felony counts. He has promised to free the Jan 6th "political prisoners" as well. So their families will be upset that Trump lost, and buy right into this was "stolen".

Now, Ana will tell everyone not to worry anyways. The "Deep State" will keep everyone calm. (Just teasing Ana)

I have to admit it is getting hard to predict the timelines.

@Femi When was your denial at the border for the trace of weed?

1-year waiver. First time applying. I had a grinder with trace amounts of weed in my car when crossing the border. No criminal record.
They only approved visitor entry, I am trying to update that to include TN, L1 etc. @J Rogers, Is this usually quick and straightforward?
Also, when do you recommend I re-apply? Immediately?
