Today we had a very interesting interview with a couple of esteemed individuals. Basically they are addressing the topic of when can I apply for a us entry waiver. This stuff is always case specific and we are the only Canadian entity that apparently will address this material as such. The gentleman here cannot apply for a waiver just yet based on his circumstances.
Also, Tiffany asked us what is our timeline for processing a waiver or so. We tend to be able to have cases ready between the 30 - 120 day timeline depending on the circumstances. We also do 95% of everything involving the case to include the letters, letter of explanation, documenting the rehabilitation and more.
