Hello all. What to do when you miss the 30-day period to recover the waiver on e-safe? I know, it's ridiculous. I made a request for a waiver on e-safe for someone, I warned him that he had to pay attention to the messages in his email, but he still missed the deadline to access the waiver on e-safe because he was traveling. Is there a way to retrieve the document, or does the person have to redo the entire procedure? I've heard of a form I-824, but I would like an expert opinion. Thanks!!
You have to file an I-824 unfortunately and pay the fee.
