I'm a Canadian citizen living in the USA on an O visa. My 5 year waiver just expired however my visa is still valid for 1 more year. I applied for a new waiver in early February. I spoke with a CPB agent who said it was fine will I have a problem once I receive my new waiver? Do I need to leave the US while I wait for my new waiver even with the visa? Thanks.
