A lady who had her boyfriend do her waiver was locked out because he tragically died. She missed her 30 days and the file cannot be accessed.

She was not a client of ours, but came to us for help. I sent her to the border to explain but they gave her an email for ARO who told her to apply for an I-824

We filled one out, sent her back to border. They told her to apply for a whole new waiver. I got on the phone and Homeland Security finally admitted they didn't know HOW top process the I-824. I was hoping for this so we were able to convince them the easier route was to give her a copy of her waiver.

Finally, they did. No cost to her and she is VERY grateful. Her english wasn't great, so I think this was a factor.

Anyways, she didn't give up, she stayed patient and polite. I sent her to Niagara Falls.

Always ask for a supervisor when they say no to you, and always remain determined, polite and patient. It pays off.

@Shamim @Shamim HI can you help me I received this email does anyone know what it means ? Dear e-SAFE User:

For your awareness, on Thursday, June 06, 2024, e-SAFE successfully completed their migration to Login.gov.

e-SAFE users will need to clear their cache and e-SAFE bookmarks from their internet browser before attempting to login to e-SAFE. Please visit https://e-safe.cbp.dhs.gov/ for updates and additional information. This is just information about receiving my papers?

@Stan.. you need to resolve this issue within 30 days - your file will close and you will be required to pay the $1100 USA fee again to re-open it.

It sounds like you're explaining a situation where you encountered a technical issue related to a login migration, and you contacted ARO for assistance. They responded by sending you a hard copy to your physical address as a solution to the problem.

If you'd like me to rephrase or clarify the message further, let me know!
