Hey just a quick video on what the title has indicated. We had a call and were told that someone was posting apparently unbelievably fast approval times. So we wanted to set the record straight and even CBP had indicated that the current wait times are around the 12 month mark now. Please note that this is whether you file using Esafe or paper. We still use paper and CBP still accepts this form of submission from us.
Additionally, we have a FB group https://www.facebook.com/groups/USENTRYWAIVER and our members there have also indicated frustration with the long CBP processing schedule. I said in 2019 that Esafe is NOT any faster than paper and this has been proven true. Please note that the people in our group used both paper and Esafe to file.
Anyway, check out our video on the CBP processing schedule and just be prepared to wait out the 12 month or even longer processing time.

1. Approval time is under 8 months right now. The fact that your saying EXACTLY what is on the website tells me you aren't doing ANY waivers right now.
2. This video is full of inaccuracies. As they usually are.
3. eSAFE is faster as I have written about before. Remember, taking everything else out of the equation, if you file PAPER, they have to DIGITIZE the file anyways, Which means even if you file it in paper, they are not LOOKING at it on paper. they have to create the eSAFE themselves, which slows everything down.
Here is proof that Ken Scott has no idea of a real timeline. Here are my last few waivers with actual timelines.
