US Customs at Van Airport

Just got denied entry into the US even though Im out on bail and had a letter from my PO saying it was OK to travel to states. So apparently your guilty until proven innocent in the US eyes even though Im not convicted. Does that make cents to anyone here

Also if Im found innocent, is this going to stay on my passport

@canluv at the interview they don't keep you passport. They just take a copy of it and give it back.

I need to feel out the waiver after being denied entry to the US. Just a simple question if I apply do I need to send my Canadian passport in for the enitre processing time? As I am planning to travel during that time (to Europe). Or is a certified copy sufficient. thank you

That's what I figured. Thanks

@MikeG welcome to the club. Yes, now that the U.S. Border guards have your information, they've probably uploaded to the FBI database. It's likely you'll need a waiver unless you can prove that there is no conviction. Good luck.
