Its one of Ken Scotts buddies. The one who pretends to be a "lifer" when he had his radio show. He does have a real criminal record, but my understanding is its "voyeurism" and he just had probation. He poses as some "ex gang guy" to pretend Ken Scott got him a waiver. One of the people from the forum texted me to explain who it is. Ken is very upset at my posts that point out his shortcomings, so his friend has decided to try and "wreck" the forum so no one uses it.

Waivers are tough right now. Far less clients, and you don;t even have an office. Start from scratch, compete on the West Coast with AllCleared who are expensive and LAZY. I give free advice. I am NOT a lawyer, and I have REPEATED that many times. I also know more about waivers than ANY lawyer you will find. I get calls from lawyers all the time for advice. Ken Scott is behind this.

Notice, Ken Scott pops up every few months, NEVER posts at normal times, because he is in Surrey United Kingdom. Not Surrey BC like he pretends. "It clearly says 12 months". They are not taking 12 months, they are taking about 11 months for FIRST TIME APPLICANTS ONLY. Re-applications are taking 92 days as of the last waiver i posted. So the website is wrong in BOTH counts. Its been saying "12 months" since April 2024. Even when it was 14-15 months.

I am posting ACTUAL data, not "what the website says" that is going to have said the same thing for the last 20 months. Obviously its inaccurate.

If the website hasn't been changed in over a year, that's a pretty good indication that is is a "guestimate" that isn't being updated.

If its February 8, why are you claiming its 367 days? I CLEARLY said they are doing February's right now, and your claiming 367 days as of yesterday, which is completely inaccurate.

February 10 would be 367 days. I am posting ACCURATE information, but I can't advise people who are inaccurate.

If you are 367 days since your "Submitted to ARO" you might be getting a rejection letter, or maybe they are considering you for a September Letter.

What are your circumstances, I'll tell you which.

I know your a "first time applicant" , is it criminal? Or overstay/misrepresentation? Better you know whats coming.

The timelines are VERY important, BUT, there are always waivers that are slower. But there is a reason in most cases. For example your country of birth can also be a factor.

As for timelines, they are a guide. For example, Michael Jordan is 6'6". Therefore all men must be that tall? No. He is an exception.
