As for the timeline......when the fees went up the backlog slowed these applications down. That backlog is GONE. They could get every application they have done by Thanksgiving if they want. They do NOT want then done quickly. If this seems like "why would they do that?" then you aren't paying attention. Notice Canada has tariffs for made up reasons, and we have been threatened by Annexation. Notice Russia has not a SINGLE TARIFF. Notice Trump met with Putin in Alaska and got embarrassed. And STILL his "friends" have tariffs and the Russians.....nothing.

sorry everyone, my mistake, this is his FIRST waiver. Not a re-application.
I should have mentioned,
The reason it is "interesting" is that even though he has had a waiver before, they STILL put him in with the "new applicants" because so many years had passed.
So when you leave a larger "gap" you get adjudicated on like a brand new waiver.

Note the the waiver was dated January 23 so it is from 3 days ago.
-They are up to the March 2025 Waivers (clients who went to the border in March 2025) but I do still have a couple of February's pending, so if you went to the border i February don't worry, you should get something any day now.

Its one of Ken Scotts buddies. The one who pretends to be a "lifer" when he had his radio show. He does have a real criminal record, but my understanding is its "voyeurism" and he just had probation. He poses as some "ex gang guy" to pretend Ken Scott got him a waiver. One of the people from the forum texted me to explain who it is.
