Record suspension and new Waiver question

Just meposted 3 months ago

I'm seeking a record suspension so lets assume its approved, do I get no offence reported when I ask for RCMP record check?
Is that going to cause issue when applying for my 5th waiver??

Replies (recent first):

Yes.

The "Pardon/record suspension" will result in the following;

-Your record will be "blank", no record existing.
-The US will then ask you for court documents and
-Fingerprints under the Privacy act.

So when you have a pardon, submit the pardon, and do BOTH sets of fingerprints. For example when we do waiver fingerprints, we charge $90.00 for certified, and then if they need privacy act fingerprints, they will be $65.00. They also want court.

This is not something they always did before. This is new since 2025. You cannot submit privacy act ONLY. You must do both.
