John, Michelle here, it has been forever since I have been on this site, hope you are doing well. Question: I have been contacted by an India Citizen who wants to apply for I-192 waiver due to previous deportation with 10 year ban. Many years have gone by and now they wish to travel to USA to visit daughter. They are currently visiting Canada on a visa. I said no chance of waiver, but thought I would ask here to confirm. I don't think E-safe would even accept the paperwork?
