NIV VISA / I-194 / ARO Waiver of Inadmissibility wait times

joolsjoolsposted 1 month ago

Hi all

I posted this previously in the "Timelines for Waivers only" thread, and it was suggested I create a separate topic for it here. For anyone who is interested, we have a Google Sheet which tracks ARO wait times. We originally created the sheet to support users who had B1/B2 visa waiver requests submitted through the London (UK) consulate, tracking timelines from interview to notification, and then visa processing time in passports.

I have recently expanded the sheet to include I-194 waiver timelines as well, adding the anonymous data shared on this forum. I hope this is useful to anyone in this forum, who would like to be able to track where they are relative to others in this painful process.

The spreadsheet can be found here: YES: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qzFVrHBGVC-7yzqEhidmBz52KqQXYyX8yr3nAhdCSgM/edit?gid=0gid=0

Myself and others who support the sheet frequent the BritishExpat Waiver forum at YES: https://britishexpats.com/forum/us-immigration-citizenship-visas-34/nonimmigrant-visa-waiver-ineligibility-application-713051

So if you need any help with the sheet, drop us a line there. Keep I-194 discussions here as we don't know about them in the UK :-)

FYI, being British, our forum and sheet use the entirely sensible dd/mm/yyyy notation :-)

All the best, joolsjools

Thank you so much for the data, the more information available, the better the board is. We really appreciate it.

@i194waiver could you perhaps pin this thread so people can find the link to the spreadsheet easily?

Thanks

Wishing good luck to all those awaiting waivers.

Our tracker is currently showing a 1 year rolling average of 309 days from ARO submission to response. Consular waiver requests are coming in slightly faster, while first-time I-194 requests a bit longer. Averages are based on the very limited datapoints we have.
