Nexus with a waiver and record suspension

SouthernBBQposted 10 months ago

Can someone with a record suspension and a waiver get a nexus card?

I note some sites talk about a limit to the number of offences you were charged with. Like a single DUI and you're ok, a few indictable offence convictions and not eligible.

Anyone have some concrete data on people's success in obtaining a Nexus card with a 192 waiver and record suspension

Replies (recent first):

Data point, border officer told me yesterday he does see folks with waivers and Nexus cards. But said they'd still have to come in as they'd made me. Not clear on if that was meant to do fingerprints or get the stamp and 6 months timeline on the stamp

Risk is information they gather in interview cancels the waiver I guess. Otherwise just the application fee?

My understanding is NO. With JUST a pardon possibly, under certain circumstances. Never with a waiver. (That I know of) No Fast cards either.
