New waiver

Solitaire514posted 1 year ago

Hi all, I need to apply for a new waiver after my last one elapsed about 10 years ago. I was convicted of simple weed possession some 35 years ago and have applied and received several waivers in the past. I have been pardoned 25 years ago too. I have always processed the applications myself but never allowed so much time in between applications so Im unsure where to begin. I believe I obtained the necessary forms from various points of entry while my waivers were still current.
From what I remember, an I-192 form was required as well as an RCMP fingerprint search. Are there any other forms that are required?
Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.

@Solitaire514 Its a loose definition.

I charge $750 which includes fingerprints. If you do the prints elsewhere its $700 taxes included. Obviously you save that if you do it yourself.

Thanks J Rogers and SouthernBBQ.
eSAFE account has been created and I will be looking into the site and what it has to offer.
I intend to process my application but out of curiosity, what is you definition of "somewhat inexpensive" if I have this done for me?
I think Ill do a fingerprint search to start things off in the meantime.

@SouthernBBQ

Thank you.

If the person posting this is still going to do it himself, then the place to start is to create a file on eSAFE.

My advice is to hire John Rogers who's on this forum. If you've the time it's totally doable yourself, but for a somewhat inexpensive fee it's done quickly for you.
