Hi guys I have a 5 year waiver. If I change employers do I need to submit a new waiver application. Thanks
You shouldn't tell them you changed jobs until your waiver is due to expire, I had a friend say he switched jobs, and let me tell you it created a headache for him, his previous waiver was null and voided and he waited 3 years for a new one all because he said he switched jobs and told them that.
Be careful what you say to CBP... they have full discretion to allow or deny you based on what you have said.
Just say you still work at the job you put in your waiver....and your visit is pleasure not for work.
