My e-safe account got locked

Somebody can tell me what to do, on August 2024 I received a email from US custom for my waiver application, the thing is I try to get my paper my self in staid of contacting my representative . Neither me or him are able to log in in my account . Is there somebody know what I should do please

Also, the waiver is obviously not in your eSAFE anyways now. Was the account migrated? Again, your rep/expert needed to migrate the account. Now you need to get a "copy of the decision".

This is why people, if you hire someone, they should be an EXPERT in what they do, Otherwise, why pay them?

They should know what to do, I assume they are experts? Which company is it? When you hire someone they should be taking care of this for you.
