March 15, 2021 - Truck Driver Application - NOT USING E-SAFE

Michelleposted 3 years ago

North Portal, ND POE: Tuck driver arrived at Portal, ND POE to deliver his I-192 Application. Was there for 3 hours, due to training new staff and problems with fingerprint machine. (This is very common around here). Fee was $585 US Funds still. Application was accepted and he was advised that it could take 30 to 90 days for approval. No problems coming back to Canada. US Customs officers were very nice to deal with.

@Michelle

To add to this thread. A client handed in his waiver at The Peace Bridge on February 15th the "regular way". Essential truck driver obviously.

Waiver was granted dated March 13th. So 28 days. Renewal. 5 years.

@ John please try to keep up. I am the first to admit that I despise esafe and will not voluntarily use it if possible. The gentleman in Saskatchewan was insistent that he wanted his packet filed using esafe. I did it since customer service is #1 with us. Well, he got approved after about 3 or 4 weeks.

You also must remember that I have said on numerous occasions that we do not post everything that we do on this forum on social media. Michelle can easily verify what I said by calling the Saskatchewan gentleman and asking him if he was the first person in history at North Portal that filed his waiver using esafe. I told you before that we do not make up anything since we are always prepared to fact check our own statements.

There have been other accomplishments that we have to our credit. However, again we do not post everything online that we do. An example is that we have not posted what we are doing with Hong Kong regarding laying the groundwork for additional expansion overseas.

John and Ken, I am confused about e-safe process. The e-safe web site lists 3 field offices that I am assuming are the offices to attend for fingerprints. Since you have both done E-safe process and I have not, does the client attend 1 of the 3 field offices or can do they attend the port of entry listed under them? Thanks!

But you insisted that you didn't use e-Safe and while the rest of us are posting actual details from the e-Safe site...you posted none.

Why wouldn't you mention it way back in January if you were "first"?

This border will do esafe as we hold the record of being the first firm in all of Canada to send someone over there to process their very first esafe application around January 2021. Btw I am not making this up.
