I-192 Approval Timeline

The CHIposted 9 months ago

Where do you go to find out which date they are currently processing for I-192 waiver applications? Some people claim they are currently on X date but how do they know that?

Thank you very much for the information

You come HERE but to the better thread, the one that says "post dates and timelines".

Although I post most of the information, some other people also post, and that gives you an accurate timeline based on THAT DAY.

Since I do a ton of waivers and have posted there for years, you can trust what I post. I find others are also sincerely trying to give you accurate information as well.

Who not to trust?
-People who aren't giving SPECIFIC information. (6-12 months)
-Homeland Security. Waivers come from VIRGINIA, not the border. So no Homeland Security officer you will ever talk to has better information than us here.

In my experience, Canadians believe the Americans who caused them to be inadmissible over the Canadians who actually try and help them, so if you are skeptical, I understand. The same Canadian who would NEVER trust a Canadian police officer will slavishly believe ANYTHING a Homeland Security guy tells them because they are wearing a uniform and weren't being mean to them.

An American CPB officer has NO duty to tell you ANYTHING. His job is to keep you out. His job is to feed you bullshit and find out as much information he can about you.

As of today, waivers that were processed (the client went to the border) on June 29th 2023 are getting granted today. Doesn't matter if is your first, or 10th. If they reject you or are thinking of saying no, it takes much longer.

See how SPECIFIC that is?

How do I know?
