Our video here has followed up on the question of how to get a pardon in Canada. Check both of them out and you can do your own pardon application. We put this out to help keep you guys safe from the questionable dollar store type pardon companies. Please share it with your friends and like, share and subscribe. We are getting a lot of good feed back from people in the field regarding this topic.
Apparently, it would be a hot seller if we were charging for it. However, we are not interested in any sort of financial compensation since we feel and have been told by you guys that this fills an apparent niche void out there. Please especially pay close attention to the part about the Local Police Check in the pardon application. The discount waiver companies submit these sheets to the relevant courts as part of the pardon process.
Your waiting period starts AFTER you have completed all aspects of your punishment. This includes the payment of your fines that are part of your punishment. Quite often people are unaware that they still owe fines as part of their punishment. So, the cheap pardon companies get these sheets back and see that you still own fines. They unquestionably know that you would likely ask for a refund since you will not qualify for a pardon if you still owe these fines.
However, they will still forward the pardon packet to the Canadian gov't knowing that you will get refused. Then they will later inform you that you have indeed been refused. They do it this kind of way since they believe that you will not as quickly ask for your money back. Hence they keep up this cycle and generate an income stream for the company.

This is how I can tell you have never done a single pardon, or even studied how pardon companies operate. I am not going to correct it, but its clumsy and shows a complete lack of knowledge about the process, and what the Parole Board actually does in this circumstance. When you pretend to talk to "outraged people" at least know enough to use examples that can pass for real clients. I have no clue why you think anyone here is going to not do a pardon, or take the advice of someone who does not do pardons.
