Btw a pardon has nothing to do with crossing the border with CBP and don’t believe the BS that it will 100% shield you from CBP ever finding out about your criminal record. Additionally, you only need a pardon for:

- Obtaining employment if applicable
- Obtaining housing if applicable
- Obtaining citizenship if applicable
- Coaching youth sports teams if applicable

What else would you need a Canadian Record Suspension for other than the aforementioned reasons? Additionally, we have also basically limited ourselves to only accepting complex waiver cases or ones involving serious criminality. This is because that we just don't have the time to take on the smaller cases.

Additionally, you can do a simple waiver case yourself and do not even need to hire anyone to include us to prepare your less complex waiver application. You can save money this way. We also have an episode where a discount waiver company ripped off a girl and we called them on the phone with the girl on the line to try and obtain clarification.
