5 year I-194 cannot be renewed in the usual fashion, in today's Covid climate.
How can I get an extension for two months
@Arnold Leonard Varah, is it possible that you are dealing with another private waiver service? There is a company in Alberta, that is advising this on their website. This is true for the old way of submitting an application.
December 16, 2021: All US Customs offices are still closed to the public regarding printed US Waiver application submissions. We will of course update this page when the CBP offices re-open and are again taking printed US Waiver applications.
As John stated, and I agree, E-safe is going strong since November 8 and many people are receiving waivers within 30 to 40 days.
There is no such thing as an extension.
Why can you not re-apply? Waiver re-applications ARE being processed, and HAVE been processed since May. You keep ignoring the answers given to you, but I am not sure why you are not able to re-apply?
