@Gilles You have to migrate the account. Are you in Montreal?

Migration...
After 200 days, an email from e-safe tells me I have 30 days to print an official décision for my waiter, but I can't have access to my account with my email and password! Can't even re-initiate my password, it doesn't recognize my email! And with the 3 others waivers I got since 2002, all décision were posted by regular mail! and surprise, it answered in French! First time it happens to me. I am a Canadian from Quebec, but it never did that before! How can I know if it a scam? IA? Possible?

@michelle No, that isn't happening to me. Clear your cookies.

John, do you find that you are getting logged out of the program after completing a Migration of an existing account? Every time I update my client's account, I am logged out for 45 minutes. This new platform is actually worse then the previous one.

John, I understand, I too had a few clients take over their e-safe account and now are locked out. It is very frustrating. E-safe continues to make changes almost on an hourly basic. I sure hope it gets better soon.

I have had a couple of clients, frustrated by the wait, who demanded their esafe log-ins. I warned them it wasn't smart, and that they were then taking over full responsibility for the account. Now they cannot figure it out because they have to migrate it. Clients see your track record. They understand they have to wait. Yet some are so anxious they make this process SO difficult.

In life, NEVER sabotage yourself.

Be patient and let the expert BE THE EXPERT. Be the expert in what you are good at. So I have 2 clients, too stubborn to apologize and admit they made a mistake, but locked out of the accounts despite me providing them the correct details. I assume their pride is more important, so they will simply keep trying until they lock themselves out of their account and have to re-apply from scratch. I get the frustration, but you made all the right choices in hiring me, and now you made a bad choice in trying to have total control.

Ego and inability to control emotions. Which is probably what led them to needing a waiver, and now its self sabotage.
