Hi, does anyone know how long it takes to process a i-212 waiver through eSAFE right now? Specifically under (7)(A)(i)(I) ground of refusal. I see that basically all waivers on this site are i-192s dealing with criminal records, so I'm wondering if there is a difference between the two.

How is your I-212 processing? And I wonder if you even need I-212 for (7)(A)(i)(I), since it's considered a withdrawal of your application to enter instead of removal (which I_212 is for).
I also have I-212 (but not I-192 or any other waiver), and I have been entering USA for the past six years. My experience, though, has been very different than the majority of cases here (people who only have I-192).
