Been running into this over the last week or so. Trying to take the next steps in my waiver application/renewal process and can't do it. I migrated my account a few months ago and when I try to login I keep getting the "down for maintenance" message.
I tried using Chrome as well as Edge, cleared cache etc with no luck.
@KevinKui, you need to try a few different logins. Try login.gov, if that does work, google e-safe, and follow the links. If that doesn't work, google Form 1-192 and follow the links. E-safe has been working good the past couple of weeks for me..so just keep trying. Make sure you do a disk scan on your computer also to remove unwanted files.
