I am helping my uncle apply for a US Waiver and am wondering if anyone who has filed the I-192 can give me some guidance for filling it out. He would just be traveling to the US periodically for vacation.
Desired Port of Entry - do you just put the closest entry to your home?
Means of Transportation - he doesn't have any specific travel plans as of yet so not sure whether he will be going by car or plane...
Proposed Date of Entry - again, no specific travel plans yet - what do you enter here?
Approximate Length of Stay - not sure what to enter here either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks in advance.
The following should work:
Desired Port of Entry - multiple Canadian ports of entry
Means of Transportation - land and/or air
Proposed Date of Entry - For frequent vacation related travel (dates to be determined)
Approximate Length of Stay - vacation related travel, limited duration
