2 Questions

CelineTposted 1 year ago

Hi, I have an existing waiver for a criminal record. Canadian, never been denied entry. Never had a waiver application denied. There are two questions that I've been second guessing on my re-application:

Have you ever filed an application or petition for immigration benefits with the US government, or has one been filed on your behalf?

Have you ever been denied or refused an immigration benefit by the US government, or had a benefit revoked or terminated (including but not limited to visas)?

I presume that the answer is no. However, especially the 2nd question.. is ambiugous.

Thank you for the help!

@jrogers

I have been denied due to an old record and then applied for a waiver which was approved.
I filled that part out, but these 2 questions i dont remember if i said yes or no last time.

If denied entry border once is it yes to any questions?

Thank you
