Ken Scott and his business.

J Rogersposted 2 years ago

Kens company is just a mailbox in a UPS store. Google the address.

Combine that with simply reading his posts to draw your own conclusions. I speculate Ken actually has moved to another job and is doing this on the side (which explains his sudden departure for a while)

As you can see by his posts...he is not in a good place right now.

Ken, we wish you a speedy recovery. If you apologize, and give us some insight as to why you have been acting the way you are, maybe you can rebuild your imagine on here. Read your posts. Its a tough read.

It doesn't promote trust, or professionalism. It makes you appear bitter, and desperate.

Maybe an explanation and a new start could help you. The forum could use some decorum, some difference in opinion is healthy, and more opinions, not less.

Replies (recent first):

I think J Rogers loves Trudeau for his flowing hair. Just remember he likes drink box water container type things . And you think Ken Scott can’t put a sentence together

@Conservativesrule the fact that Liberal party is in power makes you and your fake name looks even more stupid.

Tiffany replied 2 weeks ago   #30

Go conservative. Who cares about Ken Scott or John Rogers.

Conservativesrule replied 2 weeks ago   #29

@micnumbereight

Interesting post. So no one has ever heard of you,. and you suddenly appear here to defend a post from 2 years ago.

If you don't need a waiver, and saved "thousands of dollars"....then what prompted you to suddenly post?

Also, since you see the posts where we ask Ken to prove "that he was an intelligence analyst" or "worked in the American legal system" or "trained Homeland Security officers" or "has a degree in microbiology"...all assertions that he has posted publicly here.

We all know its a fake persona, which is a shame. He does know a lot about waivers. I don't think clients need their waiver expert to pretend he was some Navy Seal/Ninja/scientist, I have read Ken's work (I have many of his former clients) and he writes at a High School level. Even here, it is clear he has no formal post secondary education, which is fine....but why lie about it?

Anyways, I think you are simply another example of a fake profile wasting time...when people want true and accurate information. So forgive me for ignoring you from this point on.

J Rogers replied 2 weeks ago   #28

Let me shed some light on this from being an ACTUAL CLIENT of Mr Scott.
First of all this so called "JOHN ROGERS" on here is at the very least JEALOUS and a FRAUD.
I know this to be a fact because he LIES about ALL his info on Mr Scott.
Among other things he says stupid things like "Kens company is just a mailbox in a UPS store. Google the address"
well i can truly say that when you google the address
its IS Ken's Office and NOT a UPS Store
if you REALLY Google the address you will find that the UPS store is actually at: "7184 120 St, Surrey, BC V3W 0M6"
whereas Mr Scott's Waiver Office is PHSICALLY at "7164 120 St, Surrey, BC V3W 3M8"
a CLEAR 2 BLOCKS from Each Other.
Second of all I have PERSONALLY been to Mr Scott's office and he has NOTHING to hide and shows you
EXACTLY what you need to succeed at getting a US WAIVER -
Mr Scott is HONEST and STRAIGHT-FORWARD
He even told me NOT to file the Waiver at this time because the timing is not long enough after being inadmissible from the US
a suggestion that saved me THOUSANDS of DOLLARS
so if you want a more HONEST official who has worked in the AMERICAN legal system and knows US Immigration laws from the Inside out
then Mr Kent Scott IS your man -
NOTHING John Rogers says above has ANY Merit on this subject because he knows NOTHING of the US Immigration system
and has Definitely NOT worked in it - END OF STORY.

@KenScott, I was just clarifying why the bill may or may not pass. Context is important.

J Rogers replied 2 years ago   #26

I will present this post to only the people on the forum that are not affiliated with an Ontario Discount Waiver Company. I do not have the time nor interest to engage in feminine type debates. The bottom line is people will always need hope to keep them going and we will always provide it as it becomes available. The Marijuana bill may not indeed get passed and that would be unfortunate. So there is really no need for me to engage in a civics lesson since I think that there is a high degree of probability that people here are not interested in such a topic. So essentially the matter is closed and the bill MAY or MAY NOT get voted into law. So people keep the hope and just follow it in the news.

@KenScott

We would ALL like to see current laws updated.

Its a good article but if you knew American Politics, you would understand its not as simple as "congress voting on it". Even among Democrats (who have the majority in congress right now) there is not a consensus about marijuana laws. But even if Congress was unanimous in support of that bill, Republicans have the majority in both the Senate and obviously the Presidency. Republicans view "the war on drugs" as a much needed "strategy" when they run for office. Republicans will be dead set against this.

I would say a bill like this would need to be re-introduced AFTER January 2021, when Biden is in place IF the Senate also turns Democrat. To have a fighting chance all 3 branches would have to be democrat. Even then, "expunging records" is never going to happen. Canada wouldn't even go that far. You still have to APPLY to get rid of a simple pot possession and still get a "cannabis pardon".

I think when you provide an article like this, the real discussion you want to start is "is this realistic, and under what timeline". Not assume "look! this is really going to happen!" We are a long way away before this happens, in my opinion, for the reasons I gave.

But lets all weigh in and see if anyone agrees/disagrees.

J Rogers replied 2 years ago   #24

People the bottom line is that this is indeed some real hope since way too many people have been struggling with this problem for decades. It is a real shame that you have to spend money on a US Entry Waiver for simply getting caught with a joint in your pocket. We have a nice older gentleman coming today to the Surrey office that needs a waiver because he was caught with a joint in 1996.

Again, we will endeavour to constantly try to find ways to save you money in as many ways as possible.

@KenScott

The legislation COULD pass if they wait until after November. Right now Congress might pass it, but then the Senate would block it. (Republican dominated) If by some miracle it passed the Senate, Trump has vowed to veto it.

So since this is coming to a vote in September, I don't think it will get to be actual legislation. Possibly when Biden wins, if the Democrats control the Senate as well, this might get some traction. Don't forget though, this bill would have to be re-introduced from scratch after Biden wins. I don't see any short term changes.

The problem is that Biden wants to leave it up to individual STATES to make the decision. Homeland Security is a Federal responsibility. That means the border may not be affected unless Biden decides to change his stance. Right now many states have legalized marijuana, but until there is a change in Homeland Security's stance, I don't see anything changing.

I think the Democrats like to TALK about "legalizing" marijuana, but I think they don't want the responsibility of actually passing any laws because they know so many in the older demographic are still against it.

I am sure one day a Bernie Sanders type may make REAL change, but I am not sure Biden is "that" guy.

J Rogers replied 2 years ago   #22

Also, here is some news that could potentially save people a lot of money by eventually not needing a US Entry Waiver for Marijuana Possession. So my good friend sent me this today and I thought I was dreaming. If this goes through then a lot of people with weed smoking offences will not need a #usentrywaiver to go to the USA again. @KenScott, how would I "visit" one of your "secret" locations? They DON'T exist!!!!

"Security" LOL. You have no office, and no staff. Lets see a "staff" picture at your "secret bunker" location. Have everyone hold up 3 fingers.

You have a MAILBOX, you cannot afford an office. When we stop seeing you post, I will explain to everyone how your internet was probably cut off in your apartment.

You are a joke. A "senior" joke. If you want to use Ken for a waiver, remember, there is NO WAY to locate or contact him. No way to get your money back. and no way to even SEE him. I speculate he lives in the UK now.

J Rogers replied 2 years ago   #20

Anyway I wish to apologize to the people on this forum for the asinine behaviour from this commoner. The relevant law enforcement authorities and my counsel have already been notified and are fully aware of this situation.

At this point it would be inappropriate for me to address this individual. I have also been advised to ignore this individual for the moment and will continue to do so. My security team has also been notified and are aware of what this individual looks like if he attempts to enter one of our locations. This room will only be used by me to release relevant updates regarding this issue. Also, we will not be going anywhere and are here to stay at the forum.

Furthermore, I wish to inform the people here that they can contact us if they have been victimized by these Discount Waiver Companies that do digital printing as we have the RCMP contact info for the section that regulates these "accredited companies." Thank you for your time and we will now move on to normal forum business.

So now what? Do you need an address to send the Mounties? Or is this like ALL of your statements...a waste of time?

J Rogers replied 2 years ago   #18

@Ken Scott.

I told everyone the truth about you. You made your "cease and desist" threat...now what?

You wait for the CERB cheque and go see a lawyer? If you do nothing, then you look impotent, and foolish and your threats are idle.

Again, show some integrity. Be truthful. Promote yourself on your knowledge, not some fake bio. And stop this fake "I can't have an office because I am too scared of my clients" line and admit times are tough and you can't afford an office. Maybe you could charge cheaper prices because you aren't in an office. See that? Selling feature.

I have seen your waivers, I would say $400 would be fair, and you can but them a coffee when you meet them at Tim Hortons. If its not you because your still in the UK, then send a friend and charge $350. Your welcome.

J Rogers replied 2 years ago   #17

OK sir so you have unquestionably acknowledged the Cease and Desist notice and you continue to produce false statements and engage in conduct that constitutes Defamation of Character. Your last posting further reinforces this point and again you have absolutely no evidence to substantiate any of your allegations. You have purposely singled me out for online harassment and this information and your continued postings regarding this issue are being documented. You also concur that you are acting as an agent for On the SPOT Fingerprinting, and it is a Brampton based digital fingerprinting business that is duly licenced by the RCMP to obtain digital images. You also concur that your name is John Rogers and the aforementioned fingerprinting company is owned by Jennifer Rogers aka Jennifer Martel. You also allege that you are also accredited to obtain said digital images. You also acknowledge that you have never worked for us and do not have any documents pertaining to the inner structure of our organization. You also acknowledge that you have accused me of deception and do not have any evidence to substantiate this claim or any of your other allegations.

K Scott replied 2 years ago   #16

@KenScott everything I have said is the absolute truth. I will continue to make sure people are aware of that.

-you do not have a real office
-your "Burnaby location" or speaking like your part of a large organization is fiction
-you are a guy who does waivers and you over promise that "maybe you can get them off the waiver program" when you KNOW this is false in most cases
-you keep your real location a secret, which makes it difficult to trust you
-your bio posted on your website is comical in its fictional portrayal of you
-You do not have a degree in ANYTHING. You do not have a degree in criminology (you even called it a science degree) and you do NOT have a degree in microbiology. I very much doubt you ever went higher than high school, you write like a teenage boy.
-you have never worked, advised, given seminars or ANYTHING to do with the US government. Giving seminars at some community college in 2017 is fine. That doesn't make you some "advisor to Homeland Security". I doubt ANY of your bio is real.
-your "cease and desist" order is me is meaningless, I doubt you have the money to even send me a letter registered mail

I am telling everyone the truth. I know you hate that, but instead of simply being a guy who does waivers, you have taken the route of being deceptive. I will continue to call you out. Tell the truth, and post as much as you want. Try and deceive people, and I will tell people the truth. That is what this forum is about.

J Rogers replied 2 years ago   #15

The record has established the fact that John Rogers(acting as an agent for Pardon Waiver Experts in Brampton), has established this room in an attempt to engage in conduct that constitutes the Defamation of Character to the interests of our business and other possible violations to include criminal.

He has no evidence whatsoever to fully or partially substantiate any of the allegations that he has made here, and nor does he deny this fact. He has no access to any of our company material and nor does he have any detailed working knowledge of our operating procedures.

He also continues to defy our Cease and Desist notice that stated he will refrain from issuing false statements against us that are damaging to our reputation. This is based on his statement to wit “@KenScott stop the deception, and I won't have to call you out about it. Give honest advice, and I won't have a problem with you. This forum is a place where people want information. Give them your expertise, and advise, and everyone is fine. Start pretending that for a fee you can magically get people off the waiver program, or that your something you are not, and I will continue to call you out. I will not accept dishonesty or deceit without replying to it. Perhaps be more like Michelle, and less like Trump.”

He has also voluntarily admitted to having uttered the blatant attempt to further engaging in this conduct to wit: "@KenScott, I have basically made you unusable on here. Very proud of myself. Enjoy whatever job it is your doing in England."

He also claims an allegation that we have used magic to process our cases and there has never been any statement uttered by us to this effect. He has also openly admitted to cyber bullying me on this forum and continues to verbally assault our name in many other rooms on this social media platform.

As previously mentioned, he alleges deception without producing any evidence credible or non credible to substantiate this and many of his other allegations. He has also refused to either delete this room or request the moderator to do such. He has also stated that I should change my sex to that of a female or emulate female behaviour to wit” Perhaps be more like Michelle, and less like Trump.”

It is also a fact that Michelle is of the Caucasian ethnicity and it would be extremely difficult for me to change over as such. Thus his words also imply that I should change my ethnicity which may be considered a hate Crime. Therefore, his conduct may reasonably be construed to be a Hate Crime against someone non Caucasian and someone of the male sex as per the Canada Criminal Code as per section 319 to wit:

(1) Every one who, by communicating statements in any public place, incites hatred against any identifiable group where such incitement is likely to lead to a breach of the peace is guilty of

(a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or

(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.

Marginal note:Wilful promotion of hatred

(2) Every one who, by communicating statements, other than in private conversation, wilfully promotes hatred against any identifiable group is guilty of

(a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or

(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction. be also willfully promotes hate Thus this constitutes his continued behaviour in regard to engage in these violations.

His false allegations of deception clearly and unquestionably further satisfy this test as it can be stated that his words here are an encouragement of the public to display hateful attention to individuals that they may wrongly perceive to be deceitful or of the male sex.

His role as an acting agent for his aforementioned company does not enforce standards of good conduct for a company that is allegedly licenced by the RCMP to do digital fingerprinting. Thus, it could be construed that this company condones such behaviour and thus may become subject to an investigation by all appropriate law enforcement and civil authorities.

@ John Rogers, the only thing that I care about is that you have acknowledged the Cease and Desist notice. Your statement just now unquestionably demonstrates that you have observed our aforementioned notice and choose to ignore it by the fact that you allege deception without having any evidence to substantiate this allegation. Thank you for your acknowledgment as this is all that I have been advised to say to you on this subject matter.

K Scott replied 2 years ago   #13
