Anyone having problems logging in today? Not sure what is going on with website. Any guidance would be really appreciated.
The eSAFE system has been down (not accepting new applications) since Monday.
We sent the ARO and CBP the below email on April 16 but still have not received a reply:

Several of our US Waiver application clients have reported that your eSAFE system has been down since yesterday (see attached Login Error Screenshot) and there is no Notice posted on your Log in page.

I have logged in twice today. Once this morning, to get a clients waiver, and once now, to reply to Homeland Security who requested additional information. The site has NOT been down since Monday, I have filed a waiver this week. I am not sure what is happening, but I have had calls from others who also have the same problem.
I have no started a new waiver today, but I have a couple to start Monday. I will let everyone know if I am successful.
