This is her first waiver. Notice she went to the border on December 18 2024. They "looked at the file" November 5th 2025. Then they asked for more "information". That is 11 months. We then responded to their request (they wanted additional court documents) on January 8th. 1 hour and 3 minutes later, they responded with her 5 year waiver. So as you can see, 11 months for first time applications still holds true, even back in November 2025.

Here deadline was this week, and she said she had not seen any emails, so we logged in to "be sure" and there it was. So note this is not from today,

The reason it is "interesting" is that even though he has had a waiver before, they STILL put him in with the "new applicants" because so many years had passed.

So when you leave a larger "gap" you get adjudicated on like a brand new waiver.
