Hi John - I see the social media law was approved. But the USCIS.gov website i-192 forms don't have "social media handles" anywhere listed on the forms. Have you been submitting the SM handles in your most recent forms / is this new information you've been asked to submit yet?
My research says "no". But I am open to discussion on this if I am wrong. On the waiver forms (which expire 03/31/2027) there is no part that asks for any of this information. But below is what I found online.
No, an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) does not apply to Canadian citizens. Canadians are not part of the Visa Waiver Program and do not need to apply for an ESTA to visit the United States by air, land, or sea. They generally only need to present a valid Canadian passport or a WHTI-compliant document.
Exceptions: If you are a Canadian permanent resident (not a citizen), you may require a visa. Additionally, Canadians with criminal records, including DUIs, or those who have been previously removed from the U.S. may need to satisfy other requirements.
