I am in the middle of applying for my 2nd Waiver. First time using esafe portal. I am a little confused by question 31. "31. Have you EVER filed an application or petition for immigration benefits with the U.S. Government, or has one ever been on your behalf?"
What exactly is an immigration benefit?
Is my previous application of form I-192 and subsequent approval and receipt of Form I-194 considered an immigration benefit?
