Hey - anyone know where to check on my application? I submitted it over 2 months ago. Thanks in advance!
I've had 100% response success (2 for 2) from inquiry.waiver.aro@dhs.gov. In both cases my waiver was already on the way so my response was,
“On Month, Day, Year, a decision was mailed to the address of record provided on your application.”
In the first case in 2011 it took one day to get the response and in the second case in 2014 it took 4 hours.
Make sure to include your full name as it appears on the application, your date of birth, your 'A Number' (if you have one already), the port of entry or pre-clearance where you filed your application and the date that you filed the application. My email subject was 'I-192 Waiver application status'
@pascal You can try emailing inquiry.waiver.aro@dhs.gov but I've heard it's hit and miss.
