WASHINGTON— Today U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will begin considering aliens’ antisemitic activity on social media and the physical harassment of Jewish individuals as grounds for denying immigration benefit requests. This will immediately affect aliens applying for lawful permanent resident status, foreign students and aliens affiliated with educational institutions linked to antisemitic activity.
Consistent with President Trump’s executive orders on Combatting Anti-Semitism, Additional Measures to Combat Anti-Semitism and Protecting the United States from Foreign Terrorists and Other National Security and Public Safety Threats, DHS will enforce all relevant immigration laws to the maximum degree, to protect the homeland from extremists and terrorist aliens, including those who support antisemitic terrorism, violent antisemitic ideologies and antisemitic terrorist organizations such as Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, or Ansar Allah aka: “the Houthis.”
“There is no room in the United States for the rest of the world’s terrorist sympathizers, and we are under no obligation to admit them or let them stay here,” said DHS Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin. “Sec. Noem has made it clear that anyone who thinks they can come to America and hide behind the First Amendment to advocate for anti-Semitic violence and terrorism – think again. You are not welcome here.”
Under this guidance, USCIS will consider social media content that indicates an alien endorsing, espousing, promoting, or supporting antisemitic terrorism, antisemitic terrorist organizations, or other antisemitic activity as a negative factor in any USCIS discretionary analysis when adjudicating immigration benefit requests. This guidance is effective immediately.

@J Rogers GOOD. Palestine democratically elected Hamas - whose charter says to find the Jews and kill them. Civilians threw a funeral parade for the Bibas children they strangled to death. If You support a country that does that then you don’t deserve to go to the States.
Just an update.
They are even giving American Citizens a hard time and sometimes checking phones. Ironically, they CANNOT deny someone entry who is a US Citizen but they can detain and harass them.
Generally, the harassment seems targeted to anyone not "white".
Canadians, I have been warning people, WATCH your phones. "Palestine" or "Israel" or anything related is being searched and they have software to search it apparently. "Trump" as well.

I have many Jewish clients and some of them DO support Trump. Many fought in wars where Israel had to defend itself. I respect the fact we differ because they have been through some horrific things defending their country that I have NEVER had to experience. But we disagree and respect each other.
Israel is a COUNTRY. Yes founded after a genocide, but it has MANY different cultures. I am critical of the United States but not "anti-white" I have been critical of Russia, but not anti-Russian orthodox.

If to you “standing up for what is right!” Means constantly bringing up Israel and no other war ever (what’s currently going on in Sudan or Afghanistan, or any other war ever) then yes you are an antisemite. And you don’t get to decide what is or isn’t John Rogers. Go vote for Jagmeet.
Don't be fooled by this. There are not just 2 sides. Someone can be CRITICAL of Israel, of Trump, or even of our Canadian government and not be an "anti-smite".
This is just a wedge issue, so that people will be SCARED to be critical of Trump or Israel openly.
I have had 2 people already who were denied entry because their phones had anti-Trump messages on Social Media.
Wipe your phones of this before you travel.
