I got my first waiver last week, very excited. I'm planning on flying to NYC (for work) in a few weeks through Pearson. I read on here that they make you go through secondary and might check my phone/luggage when crossing for the first time with a waiver. Does the same thing happen at the airport? What if I have checked baggage? Wondering if it's better to first cross a land poe...
