Court Forms

Am I able to use the Court Form that I got filled out for my Pardon for the Waiver? It was stamped by the court and signed. Just wondering as it is a long trek to get to the court again.

Thanks!

Conditional discharges ARE convictions. You please guilty to get them. Your discharge was removed because you did fingerprints after 3 years.

Skip the court, just explain why it is missing, you can google it for a definition.

Make sure you address it in the personal letter. (The incident) And of course, I would include a Dr letter of drug test...you were convicted of a "drug" offence despite it being legal now.

Would anyone know if I need additional court documents? Just want to make sure I do everything correctly. :)

@J Rogers One more question- I was given a conditional discharge back in 2011 for possession of marijuana under 30g and when i did my RCMP prints the only thing that showed up was my failure to comply with probation with a fine. The Court Form for my pardon only has my failure to comply on it. Just wondering if I need to get information on that other charge (but I assume that has been destroyed since its been over 5 years), A little confused about what to do. Thanks for the help!

Thank you! I just photocopied my court form for the pardon but the seal is not showing. Is this going to be an issue?
