Correct a mistake

How do I rectify a mistake made in a waiver form? any thoughts

Mistake on I-192....It is very important to know that once you pay and certify on E-safe, you cannot go back to open or change any documents, this includes the I-192.

@MyWaiver

I think you will be ok. But if they want clarification, they will let you know.

Thanks, RCMP records are correct, I will leave it as is and update any progress

@MyWaiver

You mean the letter you wrote had incorrect dates, but the court records were correct? What about the RCMP record?

If everything has been submitted and "certified" then just leave it. If they see a discrepancy, they will ask you about it in writing anyways.

If you haven't paid yet, then you can change the file easily.

Thanks for your quick response Rogers! Really appreciate, the (4)(2)(26) date was incorrect in the explain and the attach court document has the right date.

@MyWaiver sorry, can you be specific, the date of what, and what was the attachment?

The waiver already filed, one of the date was not correct, but the attachment has the right date.

@MyWaiver Can you be more specific?

For example, do you mean a waiver already filed? Or is there a mistake on your waiver that was granted? And what was the mistake?
