4/2023 Clients Almost Scammed By Another Ontario Discount Waiver Company

K Scottposted 1 year ago

Ok guys so we have not had a lot of time to come over here to post since we are slammed with work. However, we felt that this video is something that we unquestionably must share with you guys. We will soon be teaching a post secondary curriculum on US immigration border crossing over here in B.C. school(s). We have made tremendous headway in bringing some national and even global clarity and accountability to this industry. We already teach seminars on this subject now.

Anyway, here is a video where we have interviewed some clients that nearly got scammed by another Ontario discount waiver company. We have another video we will post soon where the client and I made a telephone call to Scotia Pardons to inquire why they scammed her out of her money. Unfortunately, they would not answer the phone.

However, this video is on another Ontario discount waiver company that tried to apparently sell the client on the scam of "Expedited Waiver" service. Please note that there is no such thing as this. They told her that her husband's file would be processed faster if they paid twice the normal fee. They also potentially jeopardized his freedom by offering to write a parole letter.

We have the criteria used by CBP to approve paroles and he would definitely have been denied his request if not immediately arrested. Plus, the co-worker at the discount waiver company even admitted that he asking for a parole in his situation was extremely risky. This is why we continually warn you guys about believing what these discount waiver companies and even lawyers tell you.

Our advantage is that we are both former federal officers and former law enforcement officers previously stationed in Washington State. Hence, we used to enforce a lot of these laws in the past. Hence, getting these complex waiver cases cleared is a no brainer for us.

@K Scott

Scotia Pardons is now called "Pardons4Less". I have talked about this in other threads, but tell the person to call me and I will tell then how to get their money back.

You are claiming to have "former federal officers and former law enforcement officers previously stationed in Washington State" on staff.

Names? Lets check this out. Also, which school are you claiming to " post secondary curriculum on US immigration border crossing over here in B.C. school(s)." If that is the case, you should already know what school and what course. Yes, we are going to follow up on this. Summer sessions should already have some idea, and I assume this is a summer school course?

As you pointed out, a LOT of scams, and a lot of misinformation. The people on this board are very skeptical of you and your "claims" and qualifications. The good news is if what you say is true, then your going to get praised for being honest. If you are not, that is also going to be highlighted. I have some of your former clients now. They were generally unimpressed. And you did not "scam" them. You failed to deliver on results you promised. I will be honest and say that you do a better job than 90% of waiver companies on the waivers I have seen.

But, your dishonest about the results expected. Also, your qualifications, where you actually work from, and your "staff". But I am happy to be proven wrong.

I think you would do much better by simply being upfront, honest and reasonable in your pricing. You charge far too much money for what you deliver.
