Today at our Surrey office, we gave the client his packet for submission. Specifically, it was prepared to show why he does not need a waiver. We won't know for 3-9 months if they will permanently clear him. If they do, then we will post the permanent clearance here and actively try this technique with anyone that has a relevant Drug Possession conviction. There is already a way to do this with certain U.S. Immigration case law, but it is only applicable to borders in the Western half of the United States.

The person with the 3 convictions for Theft over $5,000 wouldn't qualify for the permanent clearance unless he qualified under maybe the Jay Treaty or derivative us citizenship.

We can already permanently clear Cultivation under the old Narcotics control Act. But would love to try to permanently clear a poss of narcotic under the old act.

We may even do it for free if you live in B.C. only.
