This should have been a very simple waiver, but has turned into a nightmare. There were no "flags" that there would be an issues, and it has been a very long time since we started the process, I swear that the USA has taken a personal dislike to this file, as there is just no reason or explanation why it has not been granted or denied, or anything..so frustrating.... John Rogers or Ken Scott, have either of you had a file, were, USA simply does not process, just leaves it in limbo?

prefer2be you have now waited 4 years, so the "not long enough" problem should be less of a problem.

I say 5 years makes it a slam dunk.

If your personal letter checked off all the boxes you have a decent chance. Hopefully you didn't make excuses, or defend your actions, but instead focused on "admitting what you did was wrong" and focused on "how you have changed". Also, never make the focus of the waiver about "why you want to travel". They could not care less.

applied in march 2017 and still haven't heard from them.
this is my second time applying, the first time I applied I got denied because I hadn't waited long enough between my probation and the date I applied.
after I got refused, I Waited 6 months and then re-applied..ive been waiting for 15 months without a reply. any similar stories?
my crime is for fraud under 5K. happened in 2012 and was convicted in 2014. my daughter lives in the US and I haven't been able to visit her since...

I have 1 charge of theft UNDER from 11 years ago ( I was 18).Received 4 months house arrest and 1 year probation. Have been travelling to the states yearly since and have never had an issue UNTIL last week. Stopped at the border on a random search and denied entry and sent back home. It was awful. I was asked if it was summary or indictable. I answered indictable (flustered under pressure) but have since learned that it was in fact a SUMMARY conviction.

My question is... Theft UNDER is considered a crime of moral turpitude HOWEVER if it was a SUMMARY offence does that make it NOT inadmissible? Is there a phone number or site where I can find this out for sure before I get a waiver? Do I need court documents when travelling?

Please help! :)

I just called R.S to ask him if he had any knowledge of Ken, he has never met him personally he said, but has knowledge of his existence and his company and many others who advertise all over, but each to their own he said, everyone has there own ways on achieving US waivers.

RS didn't even know this forum existed until I told him tonight... he said it's not like he needs to do other peoples waivers for a living cause of some real nut cases out there who just don't understand how the system works, cause he says it's all based on someone's judgement when the file falls on their desk at DHS in Virginia, and the way to get a waiver without being rejected is "separation is in the preparation." Make it as solid as possible so the reviewing officer has no means of denying an application.

He will jump on to forum to pass around some advice soon he says, but I can't give out his email or phone number for confidential reasons, that is entirely up to him when he gets on this forum.

I told him about the bashing, he doesn't want or need that kind of publicity on a forum he says. I don't blame him.

WOW.... talk about major bashing. Okay I thought this site was about people helping people...guess not.

My boyfriend has a criminal record, and him and has friends and also their families have always used a guy in the Lower Mainland who is "NOT" Ken or Scotty B for their waivers and this guy is as awesome as it gets when it comes to US waivers, We actually heard of him through word of mouth when my boyfriends two friends got their waivers from him around 2010 olympics.

He's a local Vancouverite who once had a criminal record of his own, who was banned from the US for 10 years for running an auto-theft ring in the BC/WA - AB/MT state area in the late 90's. He is not actually in the business of doing waivers per say as his career, but if he decides to help you out he 'actually' knows what he is doing and walks you through every step of the way and is never shy about answering your questions or concerns even while he is at work during his daytime job. He is not cheap if he does take your waiver case, but you do get what you pay for and he is worth top dollar to prepare your waiver, as he does have an actual daytime job, but he does get a kick out of doing them for some weird reason like it's all about winning against the Americans.

My boyfriend just got his 5 year waiver over the May 2016 long weekend from this guy, who also got my boyfriend his first one year in 2010 and second 2011 three year waivers in a 4 year span and we have been together for 6 years now. For those that don't want to do the preparing themselves ( being lazy or scared ) he will prepare it so flawlessly that Department of Homeland Security has no ultimate reason to deny your application, everyone of my boyfriends friends that have asked him to prepare their packets would probably pay him even more than he charges now should he ever decide to do it fulltime, but he loves his other job and doesn't want to be stuck behind a desk. Heck ask to even see RS's own waivers he's been doing since his own from 2006 which he is not shy about showing or sharing his own stories about CBP.

He is in the Lower Mainland, but I am sure those stuck about doing waivers in BC/AB that wants US waivers for freedom and travel, and don't like or trust this sendittoken.com or Ken cause of all this forum bashing, should look this guy up for real honest advice... I won't reveal his name just yet, but his initials are R.S and an all around great guy and this is not advertisement for client generation on his behalf but my own personal opinion, I don't know if he even knows about this site, but it's a great way to get someone to help you in your darkest hour in the local 604/250/403/780 area.

Plus he throws parties for new friends he makes that get their waivers., his success rate is unsurpassed if you ever meet my boyfriends friends that the majority of them have some kind of criminal records from entering the US you'd be like how the fcuk did you get your waiver?!?...We are invited to watch the Canada day fireworks on R.S's boat on the water which is going to be cool which we were referred to him by word of mouth, he's not about actually making a huge profit, but nothing is free in life not even water anymore and RS is truly a genuine person who believes people make mistakes in life but should not reflect who they really are, when someone else thinks otherwise. ( governments and their rules )

I also wanted to make an announcement that we are starting a new service. Specifically, the service is that we now do everything for your waiver case. This includes obtaining all court files, letters of reference and letter of explanation. The only thing that you will need to do is provide proof of income(tax return) & sign and pay. We also provide free digital fingerprints through our affiliate. We are also offering a service where we show you the proper way to do your own waiver. This is good because you can use this as a template and do your future cases yourself. This will save you time and money. You can do your own waiver yourself if it is a simple cases.

Also, a helpful tip is that now CBP is asking for court transcripts and/or police reports on some sexual assault cases. Apparently, there is a new law that requires them to verify the age of the victim. We have a sexual assault type case now that they wrote back with an RFE and asking for this information. We were at the Abbotsford courthouse today discussing this with the staff.

Another tip is that certain borders tend to be nasty as compared to others. Borders like Peace Arch, Sumas, Osyoos, Forks, Sweetgrass Montana, Detroit/Windsor, Niagra, and now apparently Champlain New York. So caution is warranted if you decided to use these locations.

We are also going to start doing maybe public meet ups for people interested. We are sometimes asked to speak in Seminars in Vancouver. We also held various positions on select business community groups at the Vancouver Board of Trade.

Hey I don't know who these fools are here but let me tell you my experience with Ken. I lived illegally in the USA for about 6 years. I was hangin with my cousins in Cali. They belong to the 8 street Crips and my other cousins in Southside chi town(Chicago) run with the Vicelords. Long story short, I got 5 charges and was looking at a 10 year bid. Well I called another cousin in Surrey and he spoke to Ken. Got got me a Cali lawyer and I ended up only getting convicted on weapon charges. Ken told me I didnt need a waiver but we made a packet to show why i didnt need waiver anyway. I went to border and the guy looked at the packet and cleared me in the compute on the spot son!!! He did try askin me about my cousins but I said i know nuthin . Anyway, i owe brotha Ken a lot...So you suckas on here frontin...ya need to stop it!!! Ok, now I want to get involved here. This is a forum to help people obtain their waivers. It is meant to share information. It does not matter what this Dennis or Kevin Sams guy says. The focus is on information sharing. Scotty B gets a bit emotional and I can understand why because of his heritage. I know that I have never met any clients by the name of Dennis or Kevin Sams. If they want to play that game then that is their choice. I also know that there has never been a client that wanted to slap me down because if he did, then he would eventually be picking himself up from the floor. So stop with the passive aggressive comments and lets continue to focus on information sharing. We are indeed the best in the business and will continue to do so. We're not looking for clients here but essentially trying to provide helpful info to get you get cleared either permanently or with a waiver. It is not rocket science.
