Well, it looks like people are going to have to decide if they want to file their #usentrywaiver cases now or wait. Now, we can file waiver cases for EVERYONE but there is a catch. You will have to show up in person by appointment at a border like Niagara/Rainbow Bridge to file your paperwork.
Now, having said that, I have been speaking to a senior official at Homeland Security about the BC border. On or around May 3, 2021, he has said "We've not discussed modifying our policy in the Blaine Area." They will only accept packets from essential workers at the BC borders as of May 5, 2021. However, this could change at any point in time. This is especially true since I have told the official that Niagara is currently accepting waiver packets from EVERYONE.
I also spoke to a senior official at the North Portal border in Saskatchewan. He said the same thing regarding that they will only take packets from essential workers only. I like the United Kingdom. But people should be buying "local". You now LIVE in the UK, not Canada.
3 of us Accredited here Ken. One person (Jennifer) is the "main security officer". I am accredited, but rarely ever fingerprint.
Must drive you crazy, sitting in the UK...savings dwindling into nothing....we are turning AWAY people for fingerprints, we are so busy. I bet your going to have trouble renewing that mailbox which you "pretend" is your office in BC.
Now on top of it, you can't even help your clients in BC file. And I have clients in Ontario filing EVERY DAY.

I am at a loss as to why this individual seems to have a hatred for the United Kingdom. I do not know if it is because he was bullied or suffered non consentual buggery by someone from London. I can recommend counselling if this is indeed the case. I am also at a loss as to why someone cannot understand the global business concept. A number of the large American corporate firms have global locations. I do not know what to explain to him the global business concept.
Additionally, it is probably questionable for someone to be a New Yorker in/from Lower Manhattan and constantly false flagging Canada. I think people here are more concerned with getting their cases ready for submission. I also guess that it is personally my thing to be my own man and run my corporation. This is opposed to someone hiding behind Jennifer's skirt/accreditation.
This individual's wife holds the accreditation since his name is not listed on any of his “accreditation documents" that I have in my possession. It would be better to not post false statements here regarding accreditation since he would be embarrassed if I post the accreditation documents here that clearly only shows Jennifer Rogers as the accredited rep. I am hoping that he tells everyone on here that I do not have these documents in my possession so that I can post them here for everyone to see.
So, John, do I have copies of your accreditation letters from The Ottawa RCMP or not? Please say that I do not have them so that I can post them here. Please also state to everyone here that your NAME is on the accreditation letters from the Ottawa RCMP. You really need to stop this childish nonsense and focus on provide relevant content here for people to use.
However, I do not really have a lot of time to do these things since we are and have been way too busy with work. A lot of this is due to A.C. Khan and Mr. NO DUMMY from this forum. This is what happens when you provide exceptional quality service to people and they like you as a person.

Why would anyone hire you in England so you can ship them paper?
People, if you need a waiver and are "flying out east", file your waiver (or get someone to file it for you) via eSAFE. Then once you pay, make an APPOINTMENT at the border. Then you fly out, do your fingerprints, done.
Do not show up with a "packet". They may not take it.
eSAFE is easy, reliable and they WILL take it NOW.

Bro you never give up trying to get business on here...smh..lol.. E-safe can be done by anyone in Canada. So...can you provide some helpful info related to the subject matter in the video? People are free to make a choice as to what they want to do with their waiver cases. They can handle their own waiver cases if they are in the less complex category. We specialize in clearing the complex category waiver cases. Had to put this video out to provide some clarity with this policy. We went from a 98% to a 99% success rate now and it is stressful maintaining this percentage.
We have a new project where me and my Surrey BC manager are starting a program that will help certain people avoid getting into trouble at the border. We will do an internet talk radio show very soon on this topic. This will be of great interest to people in a certain industry. We have also developed a new technique that can be used in all sex assault-type cases. We will let everyone here know if it is successful or not. If so, then we will be at a 100% success rate in every waiver case. We still have projects on the go that have been proven to be successful.
Also, people remember that accreditation means nothing if a provider does not possess the knowledge, critical thinking skills, or ability to successfully navigate the complex maze of US immigration inadmissibility law. In fact, this just gave me an idea for a new video addressing this very topic.
