K SCOTTposted 2 years ago

Check out our inner workings of some of the challenges that we deal with clearing people to enter the USA. You guys gotta be careful regarding whom you hire to get you cleared to enter the USA. We are concerned based on some of the feed back that we get on the phone and from people here. Check out our videoa and use your judgment before you spend your money on ANY waiver provider.

BEWARE OF COMPANIES LIKE BATMAN'S PARDONS AND WAIVERS THAT ARE THE MCDONALDS OF THE WAIVER INDUSTRY. YOU WILL TRULY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

We are slowly moving towards complex waiver cases but will grandfather you if you signup now. Also, check out our newly offered limo service where we take you to the border so that you can
FILE IN STYLE.

I just want to be clear here. Your saying your trying to "avoid" less complex waivers because the more complex waivers are more lucrative.

Yet you posted this video in a forum where people would be drawn if they were looking for information in 95% of cases, in less complex cases.

A person with a COMPLICATED criminal history would have dealt with lawyers at length, and would not be HERE.

This is actually a place where people are probably teetering on the edge of "should I do it myself or hire someone", not "omg, this is so complex, who do I hire?"

Lately I have been inundated by past gang members from Scarborough because I had success with one guy who was in the gang in the late 90's early 2000's. But even THOSE waivers are all similar, guns, drugs, assaults. If enough time has passed, if rehabilitation is present, if we say the right things.....waiver granted.

I don't think its a bad business model if you do it properly. But you also tried to cherry pick waivers over doing pardons and waivers and fingerprinting, and when covid hit, and the borders closed, you suffered.

Maybe what you need is MORE clients of all types, not narrowing the scope of your clients. I got the "gang leader" through the lady who did his girlfriends nails. She had a shoplifting.

Everyone you do a good job for, everyone who comes in for fingerprints is a possible pipeline for MORE clients.

Just some advice from a guy who is BUSY. Don't you want to be busy too?
